Let's show young kids what they’re capable of and empower them through fitness.
In a safe, fun, supportive environment we teach kids ages 11 – 14 how to be strong both physically and mentally and give them the tools to improve performance as well as body image and confidence.
Our coaches address movement patterns & common weaknesses in kids, improve core, hip and leg strength, and improve the quality of movement to reduce the chance of injury.
Our specialized programming is designed & tested by our coaches to help kids be their best by improving strength, speed, agility, stamina, injury prevention, nutrition, mindset, coordination, body image.
